A 16-year old boy has cried out for help as he loses his school fees to popular betting platform Sportybet.
The boy identified as @benjaminjustice39 on TikTok made a video on the video sharing app informing Nigerians about his predicament and asking the betting platform to kindly refund his money.
He shared a screenshot of the message he sent to Sportybet, requesting for a refund but the platform replied to him saying betting is strictly prohibited for those under age 18. Hence, his money cannot be refunded.
He sent a reply to Sportybet, appealing to get the sum of N30,000 back, saying he is just 16 years old.
