A 25-year-old, Aminu Alli has been sentenced to life imprisonment by Jigawa State High Court for defiling a 10-year-old boy.
The prosecution counsel found him guilty after providing five witnesses and four exhibits including a medical report that proved that Aminu Alli had anal sex with the victim. Justice Musa Ubale who presided over the case sentenced him to life imprisonment under Section 3 of the Violence Against Person Prohibition Law of Jigawa State (VAPP Law). The court also granted Aminu Alli the right to appeal within three months.
