This began when the naira note was redesigned and the new Naira wasn't in circulation forcing many to resort to electronic transactions.

This video shows a man in traditional attire and some of his traditional tools.
He went there to demand for his money. From the video he was seen at the entrance of the gate of the bank shouting.
He was seen hitting the gate of the bank as people stood back and recorded him.
He was shouting how he didn't come to the bank to play. He said he has come to collect his money.
At some point he climbed over the gate o the bank still shouting to get his money.
People just let him be and stood back and watched.
