I've been looking for this information too to check out this bank to take a mortgage. My parents live in Essex, UK and they've taken a mortgage loan a year ago to buy an apartment. It was hard to find a good offer because they are picky about the prices and always are a bit worried the bank can trick them. So I told them to find a consultant company to get a competitive price.
