Popular Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth has confirmed his separation from his wife.
He has revealed the separation isn't a joke.
Bright Okpocha, popularly known as Basketmouth, has confirmed that he and Elsie are indeed separated.
Just last year, December 2022, Basketmouth mentioned that he and his wife are splitting after 12 years of marriage.
Many didn't believe this news and took it as a joke.
But recently, Basketmouth had an interview with TV3NewDay, which is a television station in Ghana. He then confirmed that they are separated.
He mentioned how he knows that people didn't believe it. He claimed some even asked if he was promoting a show.
He mentioned he doesn't bring his personal matters in public but he had to do this for some reasons best known to him.
Recall that he has been in the news for sometimes due to his issues with AY makun.
