Popular comedian Bright Okpocha aka Basketmouth has revealed that he will be retiring in five years.
During an interview with Arise TV, Basketmouth revealed that he will retire from being a comedian in 2028. Though he will still be in the entertainment field, he will be focusing more on movies and music from 2024.
Basketmouth said he may no longer be able to manage various fields all at once. Hence, his decision to quit comedy. Having spent 25 years in the industry, he has had a great career run so he promises to make the next 5 years an unforgettable one for his fans.
Basketmouth revealed that he may decide to come back as a comedian in the next 10 years and host a show called "For The Last Time". If he decides to do another show, he will call it "For The Very Last Time".
