The Aminu Kano Teaching Hostital (AKTH) announced the recoveries and discharge of 40 out of the 50 health workers that were reportedly infected with the coronavirus about 3 weeks back. The cheif Medical Director, Professor Abdurrahman Abba Sheshe, revealed this while recieving a donation of hospital consumables and food items from Orange Drugs Limited a supplier of drugs to hospitals.The Professor explained the remaining 10 still on isolation were doing very well and would probably be discharged before Eid Fitr.
