However, he was to undergo mandatory training since he had no prior experience working in the industry. When the time for training came, the company paired him with a fellow Nigerian who they believed was in the best position to show him how to perform his managerial duties. Little did @Elmatardorr know that he would be envied by his fellow Nigerian.
The trainer wasn't happy to hear that @Elmatardorr landed a managerial role a few months after settling in the UK. He wanted him to begin as a bottom-level staff and deliver poor reports to the hiring manager who had placed @Elmatardorr in his care.
