Billionaire Femi Otedola mourns Access Bank CEO Herbert Wigwe, and recalls meeting him and Africa's richest man Aliko Dangote in Lagos a few weeks before his passing.
Herbert Wigwe, his wife Chizoba Wigwe, and his son Chizi died in a helicopter crash near Nipton, California yesterday 10th February 2024. Commiserating with the deceased's family, Otedola took to social media to express his heartfelt condolences for the passing of 57-year-old Herbert Wigwe, his wife, and his son. Otedola recalled that Herbert Wigwe and his wife hosted him and Aliko Dangote at his new residence in Lagos.
Otedola said he would forever cherish the times spent with him and prayed that his legacy lives forever. He sent his wishes to Wigwe's children Tochi, Hannah, and David, and prayed that the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace.
