Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed a number of absentees and available players for Liverpool ahead of their crunch FA Cup match against Manchester United.

Like their opponents, Liverpool have struggled with a niggling injury crisis involving their key players. Thiago Alcantara is still sidelined with an ACL issue.

England right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold has missed weeks of action due to a knee injury and is set to miss the United clash.

Caoimhin Kelleher has stepped in to replace Allison Becker who is also injured and is still recovering from the blow.

Ahead of the much-anticipated FA Cup cracker against Manchester United, the German boss has confirmed he will miss some players with others set to be available.

In a quote shared by Fabrizio Romano, Klopp revealed in his post-match press conference that Mohamed Salah will be available for the game against Manchester United, including Ryan Gravenberch but he added French defender Ibrahim Konate is a doubt having missed the last training session before the match.

"Mo Salah is definitely ready for the game against Man United".

"Ibou Konaté didn't train today, will be a tight race which we will probably lose".

"Gravenberch trained again today so should be ready".

So far, Jurgen Klopp has made light of a depleted Liverpool squad that has been ravaged by injuries. He has kept the Merseyside club on the lane for a historic quadruple-winning run.

Having won one of the four slated titles, he will face a tough test yet again traveling to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United for a place in the semifinal of the FA Cup.

It will be a cracker as the two sides lock horns. While pundits have given the game to Liverpool, Old Trafford has always been a difficult ground for the Reds with United manager Erik ten Hag set to prove a point amid a dismal domestic campaign.
