A Kenyan Chef known as Maliha Mohammed has surpassed Hilda Baci's record for the longest cooking hour by an individual. Although the Guinness Book of Records hasn't confirmed her challenge, her record stated that she cooked for 95 hours and 15 minutes. Recall that Hilda Baci's record was pegged at 93 hours and 11 minutes.

Some were annoyed at Instablog's use of word when announcing the cooking challenge of the Kenyan chef. They had to fire back at the handler for saying "Panic grips Nigerians."
