Marlian Records continues to hit new levels of downfall after MTV base, an international music channel, banned songs from the record label in their channels. The Marlian record label was established by the Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, who has been accused by the public of having a hand in the death of his signee, Mohbad.

The annoyance in Nigerians has led them to ban every Marlian Records music starting with radio channels like Splash FM, Fresh FM, Island FM, Okin FM, and Divine FM. After that, SoundCity and CoolFm announced followed suit and banned the music on their platforms.

As of the time of writing this article, Naira Marley is on the run for fear of being arrested by the Nigerian Police for questioning over the death of his signee. Also, Nigerians have formed a strong movement against him and other suspects as they vow to drive them deeper into misery. What would become of the Marlian Record label after all channels ban their songs?
