A man who appeared to be mentally challenged laid out bundles of Naira from his pocket on the floor when confronted by some soldiers.
In a video shared online, the soldiers who revealed that they saw him with a cutlass while going through some waste items, explicitly told him that they don't want to take his money but want to see what's in his pocket.
The mentally challenged man brought out some bundles of Naira, a jewelry, a spoilt phone and some unidentified items in a nylon.
