Nigerian youths turn to the streets to protest for the release of media personality and activist Martins Otse aka Very Darkman.

Very Darkman was arrested on March 22nd, 2024 after Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh ordered his arrest. Four days later, Very Darkman is still in police custody. Consequently, his fans have called for his release as they stage a protest in his honor.
In a video making the rounds online, some boys were seen holding placards that read, "Free VDM".
