Nigerian singer Chike Osebuka aka Chike speaks on his relationship with the late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad.
In a recent interview with Naija FM, Chike revealed that he got to know about Mohbad's death during a video shoot. Someone on his team sent him a link to the news online and he reached out to him to verify but there was no response. He also called his manager but it didn't get through. That was when he knew something had happened.
Chike said he visited the late singer's house when the incident occurred and felt sad. He expressed that for the short period he knew Mohbad, he was a great guy and it is quite painful that nothing could be done to salvage the situation.
Talking about their newly released song "Egwu", Chike stated that the best justice he could give Mohbad is to release the song they made together because he would have loved for the world to hear it as well. He said Mohbad put in a lot of effort in the song because he could feel the excitement all over him the last time they spoke.
