NCS moves Bobrisky to Kirikiri prison
The Nigerian Correctional Service(NCS) has reportedly transferred Bobrisky to the dreaded Kirikiri prison to complete his 6-months prison punishment. The Nigerian transgender woman had been serving his jail term in the Ikoyi prison since he was sentenced by the Magistrate. The reason for the transfer was reportedly due to the larger cell capacity available at Kirikiri compared with that of the Ikoyi prison.
The reports further revealed that the transfer discreetly happened last weekend, and Bobrisky would remain there until he completely served his jail term. Okuneye Idris popularly known as Bobrisky was arrested earlier this month by the EFCC over Naira abuse. He was arraigned before the court of law where he pleaded guilty to mutilating the naira and was slammed with a punishment by the Magistrate.
