Ogun State Gov. Dapo Abiodun Appoints New Special Advisers

The Secretary to the State Government, Tokunbo Talabi, disclosed the actions taken by Governor Dapo Abiodun in a recent statement.

Dapo had previously requested the State's House of Assembly permit him to appoint twenty special advisers. After the request was granted, he appointed his advisers. Six were former commissioners of the state.

The former commissioners appointed as special advisers are:​

1. Jagunmolu Omoniyi, as the Special Adviser on Housing
2. Dr. Tomi Coker, as the Special Adviser on Health
3. Olaolu Olabimtan, as the Special Adviser on Budget and Planning
4. Dapo Okubadejo, as the Chief Economic Adviser to the Governor
5. Olusina Ogungbade, as the Special Adviser on Justice
6. Adebowale Akinsanya, as the Special Adviser on Works and Infrastructure
