OUTCOME OF FCMB GROUP PLC BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING

Lagos, Nigeria - 19 July 2024

At a Board of Directors' meeting held on July 19, 2024, FCMB Group Plc approved its unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. These statements will be published by July 30, 2024, in compliance with regulations. The previously declared closed period, starting from July 1, 2024, which restricts company insiders from trading shares, will remain in effect until 24 hours after the financial statements are released to the public.
