Police arrests lots of crossdressers in suspected gay wedding in Delta state.

Officers of the Delta State Police Command have arrested lots of crossdressers who were attending a gay wedding in Delta state recently. These suspects were over a 100 in number but after screening, there are 67 of them are left.
The police command revealed to newsmen that they had arrested these suspects on the 28th of August 2023 which was on Monday. They had raided the hotel where they were holding the ceremony in the middle of the night.

They revealed that they had caught a man dressed as a woman the night before and he had originally lied that he was an actor but after further interrogation, he eventually confessed that they had come for a wedding at the hotel. When the Police got to the hotel, they saw many men dressed as women and even saw 2 gay men dressed as the bride and groom who were getting married.

He shared that they will be parading the 67 suspects very soon and charge them to court after the investigation is completed.
In 2015, an anti-gay law was passed and ever since then, such people have been arrested and paraded by the Police.
