We’re literally at the finish line of Q1.

What worked for your portfolio in Q1—and what didn’t?
• Which stocks surprised you?
• Which ones disappointed?
• What are you doing differently in Q2?

Reflection is where real growth happens

Q1 was a mixed bag for me. Some stocks delivered as expected, while others disappointed in price appreciation—even though I know they’ll recover. Cutix, UCAP, and Veritas Kapital fell short of my expectations, but I’m holding conviction. For Q2, I’ll stay patient, focus on fundamentals, and reinvest dividends strategically to let compounding work its magic. Reflection is key—knowing what worked, what didn’t, and adjusting without panic.

Lessons for Q2

Prioritize cash flow and resilience over headline growth. Q1 reminded us that momentum is only as safe as the balance sheet behind it.

Plan for volatility, embrace optionality: Q2 is already showing rotation between value, energy, and defensive plays. Positioning early and having hedges beats reactive trading.

Honestly, Q1 humbled me a bit.

Some stocks surprised me in a good way, especially the ones I almost overlooked. On the flip side, a few I had high hopes for didn’t quite deliver.

Big lesson? Not every opportunity is your opportunity.

Going into Q2, I’m being more intentional less noise, more strategy.
