Nollywood actress Funke Akindele breaks down in tears after late Adejumoke Aderounmu's brother accused her of neglecting the actress while she was alive.
Recall that late Adejumoke Aderounmu's brother called Funke Akindele out yesterday for not responding to his sister's messages when she needed help. According to speculations, the actress battled an illness preceding her death.
On Instagram yesterday, Funke Akindele addressed a troll who commented on her page saying she would lose her children the same way Adejumoke Aderounmu's family did. Overwhelmed by her emotions, Funke Akindele burst out in tears as she clarified that she had no clue what Adejumoke was going through before she died.
She said she once asked about her from a colleague, Jide Awobona who said Adejumoke needed more movie roles. Funke Akindele said she couldn't do anything at the time because she just finished producing her movie A Tribe Called Judah and she doesn't have any upcoming projects for now. Funke Akindele expressed that she also has her trying moments and people shouldn't expect her to be there for them always.
The actress said that her losing her mother, her failed political career, and her marriage falling apart, set her into a state of depression.
