In a video making the rounds online, Lege Miami said he has seen several videos of those lamenting about the hike in price of goods and services. He commended them for speaking out and said they did well in expressing themselves to the government.

Referring to president Tinubu as the father of the masses, he said he is fully aware of everything currently happening in the country and he is working tirelessly to get things back on track.

Lege also revealed that President Tinubu just returned from a pilgrimage in Mecca where he went to pray for the betterment of the country. He assured that the government hasn't neglected the citizens. He urged the public to share the video and spread the word to everyone to put their mind at rest.

He also commented that the exchange rate which has been on the high for a while now is a global issue and not exclusive to Nigeria alone. He said the government is taking necessary measures to reduce the price of foodstuffs and drugs to ease the burden on the people.

He added, "The father of the masses cannot forget us. Nigeria will be great."
