A 28-year old lady known as Rebecca Oyedotun slumped and died the night before her wedding day in Oyo State.
The bride was having her bridal shower with her close friends when she suddenly slumped at about 10:30pm.
She was rushed to LAUTECH teaching hospital in Ogbomoso in a bid to revive her but she gave up the ghost as she couldn't survive it.
Rebecca Oyedotun and her fiance, Damilare Abiodun were supposed to get married the next day after she slumped on Saturday August 19th.
It was reported that the wedding had been heavily prepared for, cows had been slaughtered. and everything was put in place. Guests had arrived from far and near to grace the occasion.
Unfortunately, Rebecca died the following day Sunday 20th August 2023.
