A certain video of a 10-year old girl celebrating her birthday went viral online yesterday. The celebrant was seen dancing and enjoying herself in the video while her father sprayed some cash on her.
However, netizens pointed out some shortcomings in the video saying the girl's dress was inappropriate for a 10-year old because it exposed part of her bust.
Some were of the opinion that the young girl looked older than her age. Some said she looked 18 instead of 10, making it difficult to believe that she is really years old.
Though, there were clear indications in the video that she is ten because of the decorations at the venue. Most of those who attended the party were kids so that pointed out the fact that she isn't an adult.
