Atletico Madrid head coach Diego Simeone has penned a new long-term contract with the Spanish club side until the summer of 2027.
Diego Simeone was under contract with the club until the summer of 2024 and despite some speculations over his future late last year, the Argentine has increased his dedication and has signed a new deal following a brilliant run of form this season.
The former club player turned manager was appointed to the position in December 2011 and has won several matches of his 642 games in charge.
