Governor Sule of Nasarawa dissolves cabinet

Governor Abdullahi Sule who is the Governor of Nasarawa State has dissolved its cabinet.

He carried this out yesterday, Thursday in preparation for his inauguration on Monday, the 29th of May, 2023.

Recall he was reelected into office as Governor of Nasarawa and will also be sworn in next Monday. Ahead of that, he has dissolved the state executive council.

He announced this during an executive council meeting which was held at the Government House.

He expressed his appreciation to everyone who was in attendance at the meeting despite the fact that they called the meeting on short notice.

He used this opportunity to thank those who served in his administration. He thanked them for their help and contributions to what they were able to achieve.

He revealed the last time they held such a meeting was before the elections when they solicited for the support of everyone.

He appreciated those who, regardless of the side comments, worked tirelessly to ensure success. He commended their loyalty.

He also praised the members of the Nasarawa Economic Advisory Council, which is chaired by a well known lawyer, Professor Konyisola Ajayi.
