Nigerian chef Adeyeye Adeola popularly known as Chef Deo has successfully completed the 150-hour cookathon which started on 30th of June in Ondo State.
The chef attempted to break the Guiness World Record for the longest cooking time by an individual. This record was set by Hilda Baci last month when she broke the record cooking for 93 hours and 11 minutes.
Chef Deo, inspired by Chef Hilda, decided to plan her own cookathon and cook for a span of 150 hours which was tagged 'Deocookathon'.
This came after Ekiti chef Dammy attempted to break the same record after cooking for 150 hours nonstop. Although, she was unable to break the record because she didn't register her attempt with Guiness World Records.
