Best friend of Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Oladimeji aka Oladips has revealed that Oladips is alive and well.
The 28-year old rapper was announced dead on 14th November 2023 after crying for help online a few days before his "death". Following the course of his death, fans and colleagues sent condolences and commiserated with his family on the huge loss.
His friend known as Wavy took to his Instagram story to reveal that the rapper isn't dead and in fact, he just finished eating a plate of rice and turkey and he will address his fans soon. His friend stated that once Oladips album reaches the No. 1 spot by evening, Oladips will address everyone in a video by tomorrow.
Reacting to the news, netizens said Oladips may have faked his own death as a publicity stunt to push his debut album "Superhero Adugbo" which was released yesterday.
Though there's not yet an official statement from his team clarifying that he is alive, the rumors are spreading like wildfire and it has sparked numerous reactions online.
