Grammy nominated Nigerian artist David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has revealed that he prays about the Grammys Award when he wakes up each day.
In a recent interview, the father of twins revealed that everyone around him knows he has been praying consistently for a Grammy Award. He said he has been nominated for three Grammy Awards so that has been his utmost desire for sometime now.
He said, "Everyone knows my prayer point already. Na everyday I dey pray. I've been nominated for three Grammys. So everyone knows what I'm praying for everyday I wake up."
Davido bagged three nominations ahead of the 2024 Grammy Awards on February 5, 2024. The nominations include Best African Performance for his hit song "Unavailable" featuring Musa Keys, Best Global Album for his latest studio album Timeless and Best Global Music Performance for his song "Feel".
