Kidnappers demand N70m for ex-deputy Governors release
Not too log ago, the former Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State was abducted and now the kidnappers have demanded a sum of N70m for his release.
The former Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State is Professor Onje Gye- Wado. The kidnappers have demanded for such an amount to release the governor.
According to one of the people monitoring this issue mentioned that the kidnappers called for the first time since the kidnappers of the Professor.
The former Deputy Governor was kidnapped on Friday by some unknown men in Gwari village.
The family of the victim have pleaded with the kidnappers to accept N2 million due to scarcity of cash.
The family mentioned they won't be able to raise more than that amount so they are pleading with the kidnappers
This cash scarcity was brought about by the public holidays during this Easter period.
