The Lagos Police Command has taken in Nigerian singer Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley.
The singer who has been away from the country since the passing of his former signee Mohbad is now in police custody after returning to Nigeria.
Few hours ago, Naira Marley announced on X that he is back to Lagos to assist with the ongoing investigation of Mohbad's death saying he has to play his part and he hopes that justice will prevail.
Moments later, the Lagos Police PRO CSP Benjamin Hundeyin announced this shortly in a tweet on X that the singer has been taken in for questioning and other investigation activities.
