Late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad's father, Mr Joseph Aloba has revealed that his son's body had already been embalmed before he saw him.
Recall that Mohbad mysteriously passed away on 12th September 2023 at the age of 27. His corpse was buried by his father but was later exhumed by the security agencies for forensic purposes.
In the quest for justice, Mohbad's father was featured on Brekete Radio to shed more light on his son's death. Mohbad's father revealed that Mohbad's mother called him on 12th September, informing him that their deceased son was unwell. On getting there, they later told them Mohbad was getting better but he was disturbed in his spirit.
He told Mohbad's mother that their son was gone and he died as a result of his talent. They got to his house by 10 pm and a lot of people were there for a condolence visit. He went to their usual spot where they meet around the house but he didn't find his son. Surprisingly, his bedsheets were soaked in blood. When he got to where his body was laid, he had been locally embalmed. His nose, ears, and mouth were covered with cotton wool and a satchet of salt was placed on his chest.
