Reactions as Osun priestess marks her birthday with the marine spirits
Nigerians are heavily reacting to the video of an Osun priestess who chose to celebrate her birthday with the Marine spirits. Many found this absurd and wondered how the spirits would be appeased through such means. The priestess brought a cake to the beach and instructed a man to help deliver it to the water. The man could obviously navigate himself around the water and he fearlessly strolled into the ocean to deliver the cake.
The priestess was seen chanting some words while standing with a group of others at the beach. This clip sparked a lot of reactions from Nigerians who wonder how delivering a cake to the ocean would help turn one's life around.
