Popular Skitmaker Carter Efe took to social media yesterday to call out the organizers of Headies Awards for not nominating his hit single Machala.
Carter Efe released his debut single Machala featuring singer Berri Tiga last year as a tribute to Wizkid who is also referred to as Machala by most of his fans home and abroad.
The song gained huge publicity all over the country. It was an anthem especially by fans of Wizkid known as Wizkid FC. It was also endorsed by Wizkid.
Moments after the Headies nominees list was released, Carter Efe went on Instagram live to call out Headies Awards for snubbing his hit song Machala, stating that no song was bigger than Machala.
He also took to his Instagram story asking Headies Awards to make the necessary corrections to the list with immediate effect.
