Terrorists kidnap over 80 people in fresh Zamfara
Some unknown group of terrorists have kidnapped over 80 people in Zamfara state.
It was the residents in those areas who mentioned that over 80 people were taken yesterday morning.
Reports say that some of these residents had gone to gather firewood in the bush, some were on their farms and others just carrying out daily activities.
Other residents mention that they couldn't ascertain the exact number of people taken but it was between 80 to 100. They revealed that most of these people are teenagers and youths in their twenties, young men and women.
We learnt that some were able to escape from this incident but one person was injured and is receiving treatment.
Many came out to mention their children who were taken as well.
The community people notified security agents in the area but by then, these terrorists had gone.
